Step 1: Registration

Registering an account on our website is easy, and shouldn’t take more than 30 seconds. After entering your name and current email address, you will receive an email with your password. And voilà! You can now start making purchases.

 

Step 2: Selecting items

Click on the item that you want to order, for example: the “Here U Are Vol. 1+2 (bonus merch)” set. Then click on the “Pre-order” button to add it to your cart.

Now you are able to go straight to payment, or return to the store page to pick out some more of our books.

By the way, we offer free shipping to all addresses within the USA, EU, and UK on orders over $200.

 

 

Step 3: Finalizing order and payment

Click on the “View cart” button to make sure that you’ve added all of the books you want to your order. If it’s all there, click the “Checkout” button.

Next, choose your payment method:

⁃ PayPal

⁃ Apple Pay

⁃ Google Pay

⁃ Credit card

Enter the required information: name, last name, delivery address, and phone number (optional).

Click the “Pay now” button, and… Congratulations, you’ve placed your order!

 

Step 4: Tracking order

You can track your order through your aloha.store profile page or with the Shop app, which our website will offer to download for you.

We recommend using the app if you wish to keep an eye on every stage of your order’s handling and delivery. It’s really handy!

 

ATTENTION!

Important information:

• If you pre-order any books on our website, your order will be sent to you only when the books have been printed and received by our warehouse. This could take awhile!
• If you combine in-stock and pre-order items in your order, keep in mind that it:
• will not be split into two orders,
• the items will be sent only when all requested items are available.

• For book orders from the EU or UK, there’s no need to worry about extra taxes. The shipment will come from a European warehouse, and won’t be subject to import fees. Similarly, orders in the USA will be sent from a US warehouse and therefore will also be free of import taxes.
• We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 to addresses within the USA, EU, and UK.
• For the quickest delivery of in-stock books, we recommend not combining them with pre-orders. Rather, place two separate orders, and the in-stock books will be sent as soon as possible.
